Summary Responsible for the supervision of all CHIS Retail Representatives within a given geographical area and the management of all work associated with continuity service and on-site projects.
Duties and Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Hiring, coaching and counseling, salary and performance reviews, and terminations when appropriate for all Retail Representatives within the district.
* Management and direction of team members on specific work assignments per the Daily Work Schedule.
* Receipt, distribution, and collection of divisional reporting materials.
* Participation in all company and client sponsored conference calls and meetings.
* Performance monitoring of Retail Representatives regarding execution of daily service activities and project assignments.
* Field level training of in-store service and project related responsibilities for Retail Representatives and other District Managers.
* Responsible for the implementation and execution of all project related directives.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships at store level and include store managers, assistant managers, department managers, as well as IMA’s and store associates.
* Performance of all scheduled store service and project functions for compliance with planograms, set integrity, and product maintenance.
* Reporting the progress of all deliverables associated with a project rollout that includes but not limited to the following:
* Schedule compliance
* In-store issues and anomalies
* Manpower allocation
* Set completion and tracking of merchandising activities
* Progress and exception reporting (Project Mates and/or Quickbase)
* Handling non-routine questions/correspondence from stores

Responsibilities With Regard to Workers’ Compensation Claims:
* You are responsible for reporting all employment related injury claims to the insurance carrier or applicable state fund within 24 hours of notice of the incident by your employee.
* You are responsible for reporting any employment related injury you incur to your direct supervisor as soon as possible following an incident resulting in an injury.

Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent retail experience preferred.
Experience: Prior experience working in the home improvement industry, management, and/or 5 years of equivalent experience.

Supervisory Responsibility, if any: Retail Representatives within a geographical area.
Working Conditions (environment in which the job is performed): Retail/warehouse environment.
Language Skills: English is the primary language skill; however, bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
