Execute those that are approved. <br/>- Establish and maintain sound relationships with the clients; provide thorough knowledge, insight, and communication into all facets of the market and CROSSMARK. <br/>- Review, evaluate and report retail execution progress to plan and recommend programs for improvement. <br/>- Recap retail activity and communicate to client contact. <br/>- General correspondence with client. <br/>- Develop and maintain sources of legal competitive information providing prompt, complete reporting on promotions, pricing, sales trends, competitive company structure and policies.  Recommends programs to counter competitive pressure. <br/>- Manage team administrators and direct team analysts to understand all aspects of the client?s business to ensure correct and timely execution of all client?s needs. <br/>- Coach, counsel and train administrative staff to meet assigned goals and objectives <br/>- Assign client lines as well as back up responsibilities and ensure coverage for all job functions <br/>- Conduct annual performance appraisals for all assigned employees in a timely and professional manner <br/>- Maintain high level of confidentiality <br/>- Maintain established operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials and keeping warehouse inventories current and available <br/>- Consistently inspect physical condition of 3rd party warehouse and inventory <br/>- Maintain good working relationship with 3rd party fulfillment provider <br/>- Confer with Client Managers to ensure co-ordination of warehouse activities with activities of other functions such as production, sales, records control and purchasing <br/>- Ensure timely delivery of project based work materials to field employees <br/>- Consistently maintains complete financial accountability and documentation <br/>- Effectively communicates all fulfillment changes and anomalies  <br/><b>Other Functions:</b> <br/>- Complete all administrative duties in a timely fashion. <br/>- Develop and maintain a minimum of computer skills utilizing Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook and Sales Trak NG <br/>- Project a professional image through grooming, dress, attitude, and actions. <br/>- Cooperate with all Client Service Managers, team members, and office staff in the execution of programs and carrying out Company policy and procedure. <br/>- Cooperate with clients by coordinating all requests pertinent to the retail sales team with management.  <br/><b>NOTE:</b>  This job description does not imply that the above functions are the only tasks that may be performed.
